Hosting a Workshop - Associates

If you are already hosting a workshop or are an instructor working with a host please be aware of the following information.
Hosting An ICAN Workshop Process
As per the contracts signed by all instructors, all workshops require payment of a hosting fee to ICAN in order to conduct the workshop.
The instructor will inform the host of the hosting fee and process.
Hosts will email info@icancoop.org with the following information:
- Name of host organization
- Contact info
- Date and location of workshop
- Participant fee to be charged
- Instructor name
The hosting fee charged for the workshop will be equivalent to one participant fee. If for any reason, there is no fee being charged for the workshop, the hosting fee should be equivalent to an average participant fee for that region, to be agreed upon by ICAN and the hosting organization. If the participants are 9 or less, then the hosting fee will be half of one participant fee.
